I Have Had A Bad Cold For A Week (on

I have had a bad cold for a week (on a Z pack right now) It is slowly improving.
I have also had a stiff neck coinciding with my cold. I was told that this is not uncommon. Now i just had bleeding during a bowel movement. Not sure if any of these are related to each other, but I am concerned.
