I Have Had A Bad Cold For Two Days Now.

I have had a bad cold for two days now. And this morning day 3 my lower back into my upper buttock started hurting and now can barely walk it is so bad. Could it be kidney related our somthing else? This is in the same area I have regular pain form time to time but never this bad.
