I Have Had A Bad Headache And Chills For Three

I have had a bad headache and chills for three days which gets a little better with Advil but only for about 3 hours. I also have pressure around lower abdomen and hips. I'm not nauseous at all and don't feel sick to my stun act. My head hurts from base of yeah all around to sinus and behind eyes.
