I Have Had A Bad Neck Pain From The Trapeze

I have had a bad neck pain from the trapeze muscles up my neck to the center of my skull especially near jugular and especially one the left side it's hard to sleep the pain is excruciating all the time my doc did x-ray showed arthritis. And have MRI scheduled 8 days from now I have tingling and numbness in my right arm and hand, and can't turn !Y neck very well what is this? Herniated disc?
