I Have Had A Bad Problem With My Hands And

I have had a bad problem with my hands and water since I can remember. being on the beach with cousins and crying when I finally couldn't STAND THE PAIN ANY LONGER- I also have this problem when I wash dishes for a short period of time . I can tolerate baths or showers if I don't stay in the water very long. Am I just crazy/
