I Have Had A Bronchial Infection Accompanied By Sinusitis. I

I have had a bronchial infection accompanied by sinusitis. I am now on the second dosage of clindamycin 150mg three times daily from an ENT and this week a second NP has put me on AMox-clav 875mg twice a day and a meta-pred pack. I also have cough syrup with codeine/finergan(sp). It has been a month it seems since I started antibiotics and now I have a consistent cough and pain in right lung. xray showed no pnuemonia. now I have a severe salty taste in everything I eat of drink. I am forcing liquids mostly bottled water and juice. Why salty taste and what else can I do?
