I Have Had A Burning Sensation Like Heartburn That Is

I have had a burning sensation like heartburn that is worse when laging down and feels like ithe is burning my nose. When I eat it feels like my throat closes and I can't swallow or food is stuck in my throat all of the time belching vomiting up the food that feels as if it is sitting in my throat all the time aND when I get sick my food is always still whole never digested. I have had a trachea to my in the past and still have a very bad scar what can this problem be. Is it gerd
