I Have Had A Butterfly Trimble Feeling In The Lower

I have had a butterfly Trimble feeling in the lower left side of my stomach for a couple of weeks. For 2 days now i feel like I have to go to the bathroom constantly and can't. I have pooped several times but now am sore as if I've been doing sit ups.
