I Have Had A C-section Delivery And My Baby Is

I have had a c-section delivery and my baby is 7 weeks old. I have severe upper back pain, specially between my shoulder blades. I have started some basic exercises but it is not helping much. Please suggest how long will this pain be and how to get rid of them. Also suggest if any diet control is required.
