I Have Had A Cat Scan Because Of Pain In

I have had a cat scan because of pain in my breast, under arm and shoulder blade. My doctor says that I had `small lymph nodes in the chest`, but I cannot seem to discover what this means. I also have atrial fibrillation, diabetes, high blood pressure and angina and I am a female aged 67.
