I Have Had A Chest Infection For About 4 Weeks

I have had a chest infection for about 4 weeks now andls.ie have finished 2 courses of antibiotics and am still no better....I am having difficulty breathing deeply without coughing fits and it has made my back muscles between my shoulders Very sore...is it normal for those to go on so long or is there anything I can do
