I Have Had A Chronic Cough And Just Had An

I have had a chronic cough and just had an endoscope -(don't know if that word is right) at same time as colonoscopy ---- I thought I had GERD but esophagus and muscles all look good - no hiatel hernia either.

What is causing this morning cough? I am on estra/noreth - wondering if I should stop that --- and
do I need check X-ray - or allergy testing?
