I Have Had A Chronic Cough For A Year And

I have had a chronic cough for a year and a half. Had chest x ray,tried GERD treatments and sinus medications etc. I have started also coughing sometimes when I drink and I have noticed my neck feels puffy on one side of my larynx. Could you have a cyst on a thyroid with TSH levels being okay??
