I Have Had A Cold For A Couple Of Weeks

I have had a cold for a couple of weeks but now I am coughing some and when I cough my chest starts to sting and my eyes are really really red! plus when I blew my noes I had a little bit of blood??? I have been taking alka seltzer cold & cough medicine??? HELP???
