I Have Had A "cold" For Over Two Weeks Now

I have had a "cold" for over two weeks now but after the first week it seemed to go into the "flu" with nausea and vomiting which lasted two days...no diaharea...then I felt better for two days or so I thought, then I started experiencing stomach pains and nausea again, it seems to come and go....I am trying to eat light and keep drinking fluids, started with gatoraid today...is this the FLU?
