I Have Had A Cold Off And On For A

I have had a cold off and on for a few months now. It recently came back and I am sneezing and blowing my nose frequently. I also am experiencing runny eyes. I have had problems with sinuses and seasons allergies before. However today and yesterday I have smelled blood so to speak but there isn't any when I blow my nose. I do not have a cough either. This kind of worried me so I thought I should try to figure out what it may be.
