I Have Had A Cold/sinus Infection Now For 6 Weeks,

I have had a cold/sinus infection now for 6 weeks, got antibiotic 7 days ago...wondering if I have pneumonia....slight fever every day....blowing yellow constantly...feel better then worse..but it can't seem to go away...even with antibiotic, or maybe it's not strong enoug, starting to wonder what it is..I ama grandma babysitter of 3 so we pass things around
