I Have Had A Cold With A Lot Of Sinus

I have had a cold with a lot of sinus for two weeks. The last few days I have blown out a lot of blood. Not too concerned since it would stop. Then yesterday a lot of yellow, bright yellow fluid started coming out my left nostril if I leaned over. Wondering what it could be?
