I have had a complete hysterectomy in 1998. Up until 2 years ago I still had quite a libido where intimacy with a man was concerned. I have had a monogamous relationship for the last 4 years. The last year I have not been able to have an orgasm without extreme pain (feels as if I have had a Grand Mal seizure afterward + causes bleeding where bleeding isn't natural for me any longer). I am not sure if it is Pelvic Inflammatory disease or if I am just Not turned on by this man. HELP, Sex-less in North Carolina.
