I Have Had A Constant Head Rush Type Feeling For

I have had a constant head rush type feeling for over a week straight, numbness is throughout my entire body, but more profound on the left side. I am recently getting random pain on the left side of my face by my eye and am experiencing confusion or forgetfulness. My MRI came back good as did my general blood work. What else could be causing such symptoms?
