I Have Had A Cough After A Cold For The

I have had a cough after a cold for the past 3 months. I was out of town working, brought my cockatiel with me, I've had him for about 3 years, I was thinking I had Psittacosis. My Dr did a battery of tests and found I had Mononucleosis, However, I have some of the symptoms of Psittacosis too. I don't know if he tested me for that also, but I had a CT scan of my chest and several tubes of blood were drawn.
