I Have Had A Cough And Sore Throat For Almost

I have had a cough and sore throat for almost a month now. I tested positive for strep the 1st time and have been through 2 rounds of antibiotics and steroids. I still feel like there are knives in my throat and still have a nasty cough that keeps me up at night. Any suggestions?
