I Have Had A Cough For About 2 Wks But

I have had a cough for about 2 wks but whilst on the toilet I cough which was painful below then it was bit painful every time I went to the toilet after that, then a couple of days later I coughed again whilst on the toilet and when wiping myself there was blood I don't have a period as I have a coil fitted, now it's painful when I go the toilet what could this be just me coughing to hard ??
