I Have Had A Cough For About A Week. I

I have had a cough for about a week. I have a slightly stuffy nose but not bad. There is definitely mucus running down my throat but I can't cough it up. I have been using an expectorant for two days without help. I can't take a deep breath without having a coughing fit. Now, after a coughing fit I have begin to have an uncomfortable tingling sensation along my arms and back.
