I Have Had A Cough For Over A Year. I

I have had a cough for over a year. I cough until I choke. I am also hoarse. I had a lung X-ray and the doctor said he saw nothing unusual. I've had antibiotics and an allergy shot. Nothing has helped. I cough constantly and often have to leave the room because I am so loud.
