I Have Had A Cough For Over Three Months And

I have had a cough for over three months and went to the doctor and first one said without an x-ray it was pneumonia and the other doctor said that it was bronchitis with an x-ray. but I have finished two strings of antibiotics and I still have shortness of breath and still have the cough. Should I see another doctor?
