I Have Had A Cough For Over Two Weeks, It

I have had a cough for over two weeks, it take my breath away and makes me dizzy.. I also went to urgent care I was told it was bronchitis however, its not going away.. I lost my voice over a week ago and still no voice either.. I cough so hard I gag and pee on accident
I wake up in the middle of the night choking like im drowning and have bad coughing fits
