I Have Had A Cough With Major Chest Congestion Constantly

I have had a cough with major chest congestion constantly for three weeks. My ribs are very sore when I breathe also all the time. Having problems sleeping because of the cough. I'm exhausted!!! Very discouraged. Cannot expectorate very much. Lungs feel full of fluid. Gurgling. BP 198/112 yesterday at GPs office. She did nothing. I have pulmonary sarcoidosis. I can't pay you as I am on disability. What should I do??
