I Have Had A Couple Episodes This Past Week, While

I have had a couple episodes this past week, while eating I have had my esophegus tighten up to where It was extremely painfull. I was able to breath, but could not speak and finally ended up vomiting but really only saliva. It was right at the base of my throat just above the bone of my chest at the small softest area of the throat. In both cases I was just beginning to eat a meal.
