I Have Had A Couple Instances Where I Suddenly Experience

I have had a couple instances where I suddenly experience INTENSE dizziness; off balance and must sit down accompanied by nausea and vomiting. It takes some time for the dizziness and nausea to resolve, and i am very tired and drained and in a fog afterwards
