I Have Had A Couple Of Bowel Movements Where There

I have had a couple of bowel movements where there was blood and what looked like human tissue; which was a pale pink color. I have never seen anything like this before. Also, I have been having diarrhea, stomach cramps and gas for the past six hours. Do you know what might cause this?
