I Have Had A Cramp Under My Left Breast. It

I have had a cramp under my left breast. It was very sharp pain did not last long did have some jaw pain. My EKG was normal. I went to emergency next day they wanted me to do a follow-up with a cardiologist.my questionis I went back to work the next day. If I had angina would I be able to go back to work.
