I Have Had A Deviated Septum For Several Years. Last

I have had a deviated septum for several years. Last year, I had a sinus infection and noticed small red dots under my eyes and on my cheeks. They never went away after that. I currently have a sinus infection and have a small bump about pea-size on my skin between the corner of my eye and bridge of my nose. Any idea what is going on?
