I Have Had A Drinking Problem For Close To 2

I have had a drinking problem for close to 2 years now. consistently drinking every night and sometimes throughout the day several shots or half to full bottles of wine with my girlfriend. Ive made the decision to slow down this past week and two days ago have felt a dull pain in my back on the left and right side, possibly where my kidneys are, as well as some slight pain when urinating from time to time. As i said i am going to be making better choices for myself, im just concerned that this may be serious. im 28 yrs of age, Male.
