I Have Had A Dry Cough For Three Years This

I have had a dry cough for three years this fall. CT scans, xrays, blood work, a larynoscopy -- nothing is proving what is the problem. I have had a variety of nasal sprays recommended (over-the-counter and prescription) - and while they may tame the nasal drip they have no real impact on the cough. Any suggestions.
