I Have Had A Dull Pain On The Inside Of

I have had a dull pain on the inside of my upper left arm consistently for months now. This morning I woke up and there was a small circle bruise where the pain would be. I do often rub and massage this area when it is sore. The pain has been in my wrist this week. I'm a 34 year old female. Worried :(
