I Have Had A Fever And Chills Since Sat. Night.

I have had a fever and chills since sat. night. I also am coughing up green flem. My stomach is warm to the touch and throat is very scratchy. I also have a gurgle in the throat. I can only drink very little and have no appetite.
I also have a hiatal hernia.
