I Have Had A Fever Between 101.7-102.7 Since 3 Am

I have had a fever between 101.7-102.7 since 3 am Saturday. Deep coughing, producing some green and yellow sputum. Neck and back are very sore. Feel weak, tired. Have been taking Tylenol. Fever will come down to 100 but then go back up again. Wanting to see a doctor tomorrow. Any way to tell if it is just viral vs. bacterial infection?
