I Have Had A Fever For 3 Days That Goes

I have had a fever for 3 days that goes to the high 104s, Tylenol brings it down to 101 to 102. My knees and ankles ache, I was release from the hospital on Dec. 12th after 6 days for cellulitis. No red or swelling this time. Should I be worried. When I try to eat the first couple bites is very painful at the top of my neck glands and headaches.
