I Have Had A Fever For About Two Days Yesterday

I have had a fever for about two days yesterday it was 102..i broke it now its rising again. I also have had vomiting, with cold chills and then burning up. Today I feel achy, sore, my neck, chest and stomach hurts. I can't eat anything. I have also been very fatigued and lethargic, to the point where I can't take care of my kids. To give you some back ground I have had sex in my fertile window..and before that twice while I was still menstruating. My husband thinks its a stomach bug. I just want it to go away!
