I Have Had A Few "spells" Lately And Both Ears

I have had a few "spells" lately and both ears plug up, there is a lot of tension in my head, I get real dizzy and feel faint. I haven't actually fainted. Once I felt like I was spiraling downward. I have had vertigo before but not with these other things like this. Any idea's.
