I Have Had A Few Very Faint Positives But Also

I have had a few very faint positives but also negative test. I also have had to blood test that showed negative. I have all the symptoms of pregnancy including a growing belly. I have some spotting that only last around three days. After doing research I am wondering if there is a chance I could be having a cryptic Pregnancy.
