I Have Had A Frozen Left Shoulder Since June...and Recently

I have had a frozen left shoulder since June...and recently have been having a lot of pain in my left wrist....and developed two ganglion cysts in my left palm and my left thumb is very swollen and painful for the last month... noticing some pain in my right hand
