I Have Had A Full Pain On My Lower Left

I have had a full pain on my lower left side for some time now. It's doesn't hurt but is uncomfortable perhaps pressure would be a better description? I also suffer from somewhat excessive e in my opinion gas/belching. What would cause the issue in my side?
