I Have Had A Growth On My Anus That Seems

I have had a growth on my anus that seems to be growing toward my vagina. I have a discharge that is clear but highly irritatable, blood often during bowl movements and at times just bloody discharge. This has been going on for a few years now , but now I have developed a skin type rash around my neck that only seems to itch at night. I have not been wearing any jewelry for the last two weeks. Are these symptoms connected?
