I Have Had A Hard Bump On My Knee For

I have had a hard bump on my knee for probably 2 years. This past summer i got a bunch of stuff to come out it was almost like hard puss and it stinks like a wet dog. Every couple of weeks i can sqeeze it and get a little bit of stinky hard white stuff out. The bump is the size of half a pea and it just wont go away. Even after i sqeeze it its still the same size cant ever get it all out. Is it bad how do i get rid of it?
