I Have Had A Hard Bump Under Right Eye Sitting

I have had a hard bump under right eye sitting on boney part of eye socket. I thought it was a pimple but it has been there for a month There is a slight red irritation around it. I have put alcohol , and pimple medicine with no success. I am 43 and have no other pimples or irritations but that one.
