I Have Had A Hard Lump In My Groin Area,

I have had a hard lump in my groin area, where my underwear rub, for about 6 months. It will drain yellow/green at least 3 times a day followed by clear reddish blood. I am in no pain, but the drainage is smelly, like infection. I am prone to ingrown hairs, but I also have the herpes virus. I have tried to get rid of this myself with no relief. What do you think?
