I Have Had A Head Ache At The Top Left

I have had a head ache at the top left side of my skull for two days, it intensifies if I lean over, it does not necessarily respond to Tylenol. I have had short periods when it subsides, but then it is back. Interferes with concentration. I rarely get head aches and never one that does not respond to medication.
