I Have Had A Headace For Three Weeks. It Starts

I have had a headace for three weeks. It starts at te top of my head and goes down to my ears. And makes pain shoot in my ears a ringing in the ears. I have spells where i get nausated after i eat and dizzy. I noticed that
my soft spot in my head has a sunk in place and im 28 years old. Please help!!! Thanks!!!!
